Scope of work: Design & Build
Client Requirement : Very functional, modern workspace to spell the corporate image.
Challenges:
• Existing A/C units were at low height.
• Strict time deadlines.
Design Concept:
Minimalism is the key word. White, neat furniture to compliment the walnut wood finish in the executive offices offers the sense of space in the workspace. Straight clean lines are carried over to every form of the design.
Highlights :
• Industrial exposed ceiling to provide vastness in terms of room height, with white suspended false ceiling only in designated areas.
• Glass partitions to let natural light pass through.
• Energy saving concepts for lighting is implemented.
• The Business center is provided with walnut wood finish suspended ceiling to add a touch of elegance. |
